Having successfully gained outline planning permission for a new campus for the University of Surrey, Terence O’Rourke subsequently secured reserved matters permission for about 1,700 student residences comprising the first phase of a new 4,000 bed student village at the campus. Further applications for amendments and modifications to the scheme have also been successful.
