Client: Endurance Estates
A close working relationship with the local authority together with proactive an positive public engagement helped build a consensus on the vision development form.
An outline planning application for a mixed-use urban extension for Land North of Cherry Hinton was submitted on behalf of Endurance Estates and Marshalls. The development proposals comprise 1,200 homes, a local centre, primary and secondary schools and new areas of informal open space.
The vision is to create a vibrant, high-quality and distinctive extension to the existing settlement, reflecting and enhancing the special character of the surrounding area, whilst working in synergy with Cambridge as a whole.
