Terence O’Rourke has undertaken all design and planning services in the preparation of a comprehensive set of proposals, which will ensure the future of the YMCA in Stoke-on-Trent.
The scheme has received funding from the CLG My Place fund, Housing Corporation (HCA) and RENEW North Staffordshire.
The project has a number of constituent parts which have been granted full detailed planning consent. These include 36 self contained units, enterprise units, refurbishment of the existing nine storey residential tower, ground and first floor extensions a new sports hall, and an additional 42 units.
